Funding team member

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Funding Team Member to join our growing team. This role supports U.S.-based personal injury cases by reviewing, processing, and managing pre-settlement funding requests. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in personal injury and a strong understanding of legal case flow. Legal assistant experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Review and process pre-settlement funding applications for personal injury cases Analyze case details, documentation, and risk factors to support funding decisions Communicate with attorneys, law firms, and clients to gather required information Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems Track case progress and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items Assist with verifying case status, liens, and settlement updates Ensure compliance with company policies and funding guidelines Qualifications: Required: Prior experience working with U.S. personal injury cases Strong understanding of personal injury case lifecycle and terminology Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role Experience with case management systems and legal documentation Familiarity with medical records, billing, and liens related to PI cases What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Fully remote work environment Consistent workflow with U.S.-based cases Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing company
