• →5–10+ years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Account Management, Partner Marketing, or other commercial roles.
• →Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with strong ownership.
• →Strong communication and negotiation skills with brand or partner stakeholders.
• →Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
• →Fluent-level Japanese (English proficiency is a plus).

• Experience in F&B, retail, delivery/marketplace platforms, or digital marketing.
• Understanding of Ads products, performance metrics, and co-funding models.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
