The Growth Marketing (GM) organization is responsible for enabling all things related to sustainable and efficient marketing traffic, conversion, retention, and growth at Coupang. We are one of the largest performance advertisers in the World and have invested in a full funnel marketing tech stack powered through 9+ platforms across areas. Growth Product is the product management arm of Growth Marketing and is supported by the dedicated Growth Engineering, Data Science and Analytics team within the larger GM org.

 

In this senior individual contributor role, you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Coupang Partners Influencer Program. You will define how influencers discover products, create content, track performance, and optimize earnings.

You will be responsible for building and scaling:

  • Influencer onboarding and activation flows
  • Content-to-commerce conversion experiences
  • Attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
  • Monetization mechanics and incentive design
  • AI-powered tools for content creation, selection, and optimization

This role requires a strong product mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. You will lead through influence, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes without direct authority.

 

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, ad tech, or creator platforms
  • Experience building and launching customer-facing digital products
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling 0→1 products
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate, or influencer ecosystems
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation and metrics definition
  • Ability to work deeply with technical teams on complex systems and tradeoffs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Business fluency in English and Korean

In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.
  4. In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
  5. The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
