Senior Product Manager (Pay-Supernova)

Coupang’s fintech organization is continuously innovating to provide financial services that go beyond the shopping experience. The newly launching New Fintech Product will be a core offering within the Coupang ecosystem, designed to transform customers’ financial lives. It will create new value across various areas such as payments, asset management, and financial accessibility. We are looking for a key talent to lead the entire product lifecycle—from initial planning to development, launch, and scale.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in new product development and leading large-scale projects. This role will be instrumental in defining and building Coupang’s new fintech product from the ground up, delivering innovative and customer-centric financial experiences.

• →Lead the development and successful launch of a product from 0 to 1
• →Drive and execute large-scale projects impacting millions of customers
• →Design and implement innovative features that address customer financial needs
• →Continuously improve the product through experimentation, customer feedback, and data analysis
• →Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, risk, operations, and other teams to execute the product roadmap
• →Develop product strategies for global expansion and localization
• →Build, inspire, and lead a team of Product Managers while evangelizing the product vision internally and externally

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience in developing and launching products from 0 to 1
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects
• Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or quantitative field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – preferred
• Understanding of marketplace or consumer platform business models – preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment
• Strategic thinking combined with strong tactical execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders, including executive-level audiences
