Senior Supply Chain Management Specialist

We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”   

As the S&OP Principal, you will support the Taiwan S&OP process to keep our growth on track. You will co-own the full planning cycle, making sure our infrastructure, labor, and inventory stay in sync to meet customer demand. You will act as the network gatekeeper, ensuring we scale up without hitting capacity limits. Your main goal is to project daily, weekly, and monthly volumes and match them with designed capacity, while automating manual tasks to streamline our workflows.

• →Volume & capacity planning: Support daily volume projections and capacity planning to ensure the network remains fluid and performance targets are met
• →Peak season strategy: Develop forecasting models for peak (6.18, 11.11), predicting not just daily volume, but hourly volume distributions
• →PvA (Plan vs. Actual) analysis: Conduct regular PvA analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• →Scenario analysis: Build 'what-if' scenarios to test the demand plan against warehouse and logistics capacity constraints
• →Stakeholder management: Act as the central point between Instock, Ops, Labor Planning, and Finance to align on a single version of the truth for demand and supply planning

• Experience with Excel, statistical modeling, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams and external partners. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Experience in data processing and analysis, with the ability to draw conclusion from data and build basic models to support business decision-making.
