As our Growth & Sales Account Executive, your mission is to ensure the operational continuity and exponential growth of Covalto. You will drive the full sales cycle of our financing brokerage solutions, targeting 100% US-based SMEs, while actively participating in designing and automating processes to build a scalable, future-proof sales engine.

Own the US Sales Pipeline: Manage end-to-end remote sales cycles, from prospecting and pitching to closing financing deals with US-based business owners.

Collaborate in designing, implementing, and automating systems/workflows (CRM, lead scoring, outreach tools) to scale operations.

Understand the financial needs of US SMEs and position brokerage solutions as their ultimate growth lever.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with risk, product, and operations teams to optimize the onboarding and funding journey for clients.
Flawless English (Non-negotiable): You speak, write, and negotiate in English at a native or C1/C2 level. You understand US corporate slang and business etiquette.
You have a deep understanding of US business culture and how American SME owners think and make decisions.
Fintech or Sales Background: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, financial brokerage, cross-border lending, or high-growth SaaS environments.
Automation Mindset: You don’t just follow a process; you improve it. Familiarity with CRM customization, Zapier, or sales engagement tools is a massive plus.
Location & Mobility: Based in Mexico or Colombia. Having a valid US Visa is highly desirable.
