Retail Training Intern
Quick Summary
Build a strong working knowledge of Cozey's products, sales approach, and in-store procedures so the training you create reflects what actually happens on the floor.
At Cozey, our vision is to become the world's leading furniture company. We're building it in the open: everyone here is encouraged to share ideas, push boundaries, take risks, and watch what they imagined actually make it out into the world. We use data to constantly learn, improve, and adapt, and we give you the tools you need to do your best work.
Your mission is to help our retail teams learn faster and sell better by producing the content that gets them there. Over your Winter semester, you'll work directly with our Retail Training Specialist to research, edit, write, and organize the training our Ambassadors rely on every day, from short-form videos to in-store SOPs to full modules on LearnWorlds.
