Sullivan Surgery & Spa, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic.
About Us:
Sullivan Surgery and Spa is a plastic surgery and aesthetics practice led by Dr. Sullivan, with locations in Annapolis and Easton. We offer surgical procedures, laser and skin treatments, and hormone replacement therapy. Our team is small and close-knit, and we focus on personalized care and a luxury patient experience.
We are looking for a creative, organized, and outgoing part-time Marketing Coordinator to help grow our practice. The role centers on three areas: planning and running events, building relationships with local businesses and referral partners, and creating content that shows off our brand across social media, email, and our website.
Work Schedule:
This a part-time position (20-25 hours/week). The position is on site, with flexibility to commute between locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Events
- Plan and run in-office events such as open houses, raffles, product launches, and educational evenings on treatments like HRT.
- Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
- Handle event logistics, promotion, vendor coordination, and follow-up with attendees.
- Track results for each event, including attendance, leads generated, and bookings.
B2B Partnerships & Outreach
- Find and build partnerships with complementary local businesses such as salons, gyms, boutiques, bridal shops, and wellness providers.
- Develop cross-promotions, co-hosted events, and referral programs.
- Build relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Look into corporate wellness and group opportunities with local employers.
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, including photos, short-form video, and graphics.
- Keep a consistent posting schedule and a monthly content calendar.
- Write copy for email newsletters, promotions, website updates, and printed materials.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, team spotlights, and treatment education, with patient consent and full HIPAA compliance.
- Keep all materials in line with our brand's look and voice.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or business development.
- Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong skills in social media and content creation, including photography, video editing, and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable networking and representing the brand in person.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage several projects at once.
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines is preferred, or a willingness to learn them.
- Available to work some evenings and weekends for events, and to travel between the Annapolis and Easton offices.
