Project Finance Senior Manager Location: Johannesburg | Permanent A leading corporate finance advisory firm is seeking an experienced Project Finance / Infrastructure Advisory Senior Manager to lead the execution and origination of complex infrastructure and project finance transactions across sectors including energy, water and transport. Key Responsibilities: Lead project finance, debt raising, refinancing and infrastructure advisory transactions. Manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary transaction teams. Oversee complex financial models, transaction analysis and due diligence. Prepare and review investment papers, information memoranda and financing materials. Support business development, proposals and transaction origination. Mentor and develop junior team members. Requirements: CA(SA), CFA, MBA or Finance-related degree. 6–10 years' experience in project finance, infrastructure advisory or corporate finance. Strong experience in project finance, debt raising, refinancing, PPPs and infrastructure transactions. Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills. Proven client management, transaction execution and leadership experience. Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
