As Regional Head of Stockbroking, you’ll lead a high-performing team, shape tactical strategy, and guide execution to deliver growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement tactical strategy and delivery plans in alignment with overall business objectives. Budget & Performance: Draw up budgets, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances. Coaching & People Management: Actively mentor and lead teams, fostering personal growth and performance excellence. Operational Oversight: Set tactical goals and optimize resources (people, finances, technology) to achieve results. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse business information, identify trends, and provide insights for executive decision-making. Client Acquisition & Growth: Define and drive customer acquisition and tactical sales strategies. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements. Thought Leadership: Provide subject matter expertise in stockbroking and portfolio management to clients and the business. Candidate Profile: Relevant Degree with RE 5 & RE 1 certification. 5–8 years’ experience in an investment management environment, of which at least 2–3 years at management level. Proven background in stockbroking and portfolio management (preferred). Registered Stockbroker with SAIS. Strong leadership, client-facing, and strategic execution skills.
