**Pay based off of Experience**
Under the direction of the Supply Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining the warehouse, fleet vehicles, and small equipment repairs/installation. Ensuring timely and accurate picking and delivery of goods, stocking of supplies, and cleanliness of equipment and warehouse. Ensure accurate warehouse inventory, deliveries, repairs, and maintenance are completed in a timely manner.
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
- Stock and check in deliveries of all janitorial supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the warehouse including weekly scrubbing of warehouse floors
- Prioritize and efficiently route delivery of supplies to customer facilities
- Accurately and efficiently pull supplies to be delivered for sales orders
- Notify supply order team of any changes to customer sales orders while preparing product for delivery
- Assist Operations with supply closet levels through complete photos of all supplies on sites
- Communicate concerns to supply order team so that they can be forwarded to Operations and addressed
- Pick-up and delivery of supplies and equipment as requested
- Dispenser replacements and repairs as needed
- Organize installation of equipment and dispensers
- Conduct light facility maintenance
- Preventative maintenance of equipment
- Maintenance of sweeper and vacuums
- Wash trucks and laundry as needed
- Common Area Maintenance including snow removal, salting, lawn care, and weed control
- Assist with janitorial and restoration duties as needed
- Assist with customer needs as they arise
- Good organization and time management skills

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making
- Ability to work independently as needed
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products
- Basic knowledge of small equipment maintenance
- Ability to drive a fork lift
- Ability to operate a hand pallet jack
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid Drivers License
- Acceptable Driving Record for Company Insurance Requirements
- Acceptable Criminal Background Check
- Fork lift certified
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
This work requires routine walking, standing, bending, climbing, carrying items weighing up to fifty pounds and working in inclement weather.
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
