Responsibilities

The Logistics Associate (Basement Support Associate) is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, stocking, picking and shipping products for customers while meeting company standards of safety, quality, and productivity.  

  • Ensure products are easily accessible, constantly available, and properly distributed to the appropriate salesperson’s selling location in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the profitability of the store by receiving, handling, and helping to manage the inventory of merchandise and supplies in a timely and organized manner.
  • Check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy, verify quantities received match shipping documents.
  • Support stockroom organization by ensuring accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in merchandise replenishment of the store.
  • Organize and properly pack boxes in preparation for shipping.
  • Unload, break down and receive inbound merchandise.
  • Responsibilities may evolve over time; employees may be asked to take on additional duties as needed to support business priorities.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time to multiple floors and stockrooms.
  • Process driven individual with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have Sunday and evening availability.
  • Ability to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Familiarity with UPS shipping software preferred.
Pay range for this role:
$19$19 USD
