Casino Supervisor - A

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Supervisor to join our onboard casino team. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an exceptional gaming experience to guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, in-depth gaming knowledge, and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced, international environment.

• → Supervise and coordinate all table game operations on a daily basis
• → Monitor gaming activities to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulations
• → Support, guide, and mentor casino dealers to maintain high performance and professionalism
• → Assist in training and developing team members to enhance skills and service delivery
• → Provide outstanding guest service, addressing and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
• → Ensure all gaming equipment and tables are properly maintained and operational
• → Maintain accurate records and reports related to gaming activities
• → Promote a positive and energetic casino environment for both guests and staff
• → Work closely with casino management to achieve operational goals and targets

• Minimum of 1 year of table games supervisory experience
• Previous shipboard experience is required
• Strong dealing background in:
  Blackjack | American Roulette | Ultimate Texas Hold'em | Three Card Poker | Dice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse international clientele
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
