Position: Digital Signage and ITV Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Signage and ITV Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and support of digital signage and ITV systems on our clients' cruise ships. You will work closely with our clients, onboard crew, and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement digital signage and ITV systems for cruise ships, including hardware and software components

- Install and configure equipment and software on ships, ensuring compatibility and functionality

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital signage and ITV systems

- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of systems, performing regular maintenance and updates

- Collaborate with onboard crew to provide training and support on the use of digital signage and ITV systems

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital signage and ITV technology

- Travel to various cruise ships to install, maintain, and upgrade systems as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining digital signage and ITV systems

- Strong knowledge of digital signage and ITV software, hardware, and networking

- Experience with content management systems and creating engaging content for digital signage

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel and work on ships for extended periods of time

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
