Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Complete Case Management: Manage 60–70 criminal defense cases from initiation to conclusion, ensuring all legal procedures are meticulously followed.
- →Client Communication: Serve as the firm's primary contact point, addressing client inquiries and maintaining open lines of communication via text, email, and calls.
- →Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently organize attorney calendars, client meetings, and consultations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed promptly.
- →Document Management: Organize and file essential case documents, including motions and discovery, in compliance with firm protocols.
- →Technology Utilization: Leverage CRM systems like Clio and Case Status to maintain accurate case records and client communications.
- Legal Experience: 2–3 years in U.S. legal settings, ideally within criminal defense environments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Clio Manage, Case Status, Google Workspace, and similar software.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially concerning DUI technicalities and documentation.
- Proactive Work Style: Ability to work independently, managing a high-volume caseload with minimal oversight.
- High Impact: Engage directly with cases from start to finish, influencing outcomes and enhancing client experiences.
