• →Case Management: Handle a caseload of at least 20 active personal injury litigation cases, primarily involving trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, from intake to resolution.
• →Document Drafting: Draft petitions, discovery, and motions, ensuring thorough preparation for litigation milestones and deadlines.
• →Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering empathy and professionalism in communications with those experiencing significant trauma.
• →Litigation Support: Assist attorneys in preparing for trial, maintaining a well-organized case file, and ensuring timely action on all legal tasks.

• Experience: At least 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably in higher-end cases such as trucking or commercial vehicle accidents.
• Caseload Management: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.
