Responsibilities
~1 min read- →File Management: Oversee cases from initial investigation to resolution, maintaining momentum and meeting all deadlines independently.
- →Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring clients are informed and their expectations are managed professionally.
- →Scheduling & Deadlines: Coordinate crucial events like depositions and mediations, track key dates, and prevent any potential delays.
- →Attorney Collaboration: Work effectively with multiple attorneys, adapting to varying styles to ensure seamless case progression.
- →Legal Document Handling: Research, request, and manage medical records and expenses critical to case development.
- Litigation Experience: Minimum of 2 years in plaintiff litigation file management, with demonstrated ability to run files independently.
- Client-Centric: Strong communication skills, with a focus on maintaining professional, constructive dialogue with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Proven track record of managing multiple deadlines and tasks without automated systems.
- Technology Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Access for comprehensive case tracking.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work within a team of attorneys, smoothly adapting to diverse work styles and requirements.
