Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Litify / Salesforce Optimization: Lead configuration, workflow improvements, reporting enhancements, and user support to ensure the platform aligns with firm operations and performance goals.
- →Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and executive-level reporting frameworks that provide visibility into operational KPIs and case performance.
- →Data Management & Governance: Pull, validate, reconcile, and consolidate data across systems while establishing best practices for data integrity and accuracy.
- →Microsoft & SharePoint Administration: Support and optimize SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) to enhance collaboration and document management.
- →Azure & IT Infrastructure Support: Provide support within Azure environments and assist with broader IT systems to ensure stability, scalability, and security.
- →Systems Integration & Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve cross-platform functionality.
- →Collaboration: Partner closely with the CTO and firm leadership to prioritize initiatives, initiatives and align systems with long-term firm strategy.
- Data Experience: Expert in pulling and reconciling data from varied systems; proficiency in crafting accurate and insightful reports.
- Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure environments.
- Behavioral Traits: Self-starter with a proactive approach, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in communication with leadership.
- Educational Background: Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, preferred; certifications in data analytics or salesforce are a plus.
- Innovative Impact: Play a foundational role, directly impacting firm-wide strategy through data-driven insights.
