We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department at Crown Acura. This role is responsible for developing a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Manage daily Service Department operations, workflow, and staffing
  • Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor department financial performance, expenses, and key performance indicators
  • Drive revenue and profitability while ensuring recommended services provide value to customers
  • Work closely with the Parts Department to minimize delays
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a Service Manager or similar automotive leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair operations
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Automotive technical training or certification is considered an asset
