Group Fitness Lead – Silverdale

Position Summary
The Group Fitness Lead supports the execution and growth of the group fitness program at the Silverdale club. This role serves as the primary point of contact for group fitness matters at the club level, supports instructor communication and development, and assists the Group Fitness Coordinator and General Manager with scheduling, programming, and implementation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for all group fitness–related questions and concerns at the Silverdale club.
Assist with onboarding new instructors, including auditions, orientation, and initial scheduling support.
Support communication with instructors regarding schedules, substitutions, new classes, and program updates.
Ensure class names, formats, and attendance numbers are entered accurately and actively support growth of member app sign-ups for group fitness.
Assist with quarterly and holiday schedule changes in collaboration with the Group Fitness Coordinator and support implementation at the club level.
Communicate all pertinent updates in the group fitness instructor chat and relay key information to the Group Fitness Coordinator.
Support instructor development through participation in quarterly check-ins and ongoing feedback.
Assist with seasonal inventory of group fitness equipment and report needs to management.
Follow and enforce all club policies, procedures, and Employee Handbook guidelines.
