About the Role
~1 min readThe QMS Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Crusoe's Quality Management System (QMS) across all manufacturing and operational facilities. Owning the enterprise QMS framework, this role ensures quality processes, controls, records, procedures, and compliance activities are effectively executed and scaled across the organization.
Reporting into Quality leadership, the QMS Manager partners closely with Product Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and EHS to transition the organization from site-specific, paper-focused processes to a data-driven, risk-based, and preventive Quality Operating System. From leading internal and external audits to governing CAPA/NCR workflows, document control, and new site QMS launches, this role is pivotal in building an agile quality system that enables rapid business growth.
