About the Role
~1 min readAs Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting, you will own and scale Crusoe's technical recruiting function during one of the most pivotal growth periods in the company's history. Reporting to the Director of Technical Talent Acquisition, you'll set the strategic direction for how Crusoe attracts, engages, and hires top technical talent across Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Hardware, and Product organizations.
This is a senior leadership role requiring both strategic ownership and hands-on execution. You'll operate as a key strategic partner to Recruiting Operations, Talent Intelligence, and Senior Business Leaders — building a recruiting organization known for both exceptional candidate experience and consistent rigor in hiring high-quality talent.
