Crusoe is seeking a reliable, organized, and genuinely warm Workplace Manager to create an inviting, highly efficient office and manufacturing shop environment in Tulsa. In this pivotal role, you will be the face and heart of our facility, overseeing daily operations for both the front office and the shop floor. You will ensure employees, contractors, and visitors have a safe, well-maintained, and deeply positive experience.

Partnering directly with local leadership and the broader workplace team, you will keep the site running smoothly by injecting energy into our culture, leading employee programs, and managing vendor, budget, and facilities needs.
