• →The Architect’s Mindset: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and around 6 to 10 years of experience in the construction, design, or architecture industry.
• →Technical Mastery: You are a power user of Revit and Bluebeam. These are your primary tools for precision and review.
• →Project Management DNA: You don’t just design; you lead. You have a proven track record of managing complex project lifecycles and diverse stakeholders.
• →Cultural Fit: You are highly autonomous, a natural problem solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment where the stakes (and the rewards) are high.

• US Market Expertise: Familiarity with US design and construction standards.
• Industry Niche: Experience in Large-scale Industrial or Food Industry projects.
• International Background: Previous experience working with US-based firms or global multidisciplinary teams.

This role is based in our Bogotá office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
