• →Identify, develop, scale, and manage suppliers that meet CSS requirements for technology, functionality, cost, and quality.
• →Conduct supplier market research and create a strong supplier portfolio.
• →Establish RFQ processes, vendor selection criteria, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• →Collaborate with engineering, development, and operations teams on product development to support product launches.

• Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 years
• Experience in any of these industries: Commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, F&B, construction, and manufacturing.
• Strong work ethic and takes initiative on assigned tasks.
• Clear understanding of how tasks play into larger workflows.
• Ensures the accuracy of information gathered and presented is detailed and precise.

This role is based in our Bogota office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
