Real Estate Acquisitions Associate - Singapore

We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.  

Responsible for preparing research reports, building underwriting models, and supporting the acquisition process. Coordinates due diligence, financial evaluations, and third-party vendor activities while assisting with construction administration and general real estate team operations.

• →Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• →Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• →Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• →Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
• →Understanding of the commercial real estate market in Singapore.
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and strong performance under pressure.

This role is based in our Singapore office.
