Responsibilities

→5–8+ years of Workday experience with strong exposure to Workday Financials operations and support
→Strong hands-on configuration experience across Workday Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, Procurement, and Expenses
→Experience supporting both BAU operations and project implementations/enhancements
→Good understanding of accounting processes, operational controls, and financial systems
→Experience handling incidents, service requests, testing coordination, and release support in a production environment
→Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
→Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
→Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with attention to detail
→Experience creating reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
→Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, HRIS, Product, and Technology teams
→Willingness and flexibility to provide backup support across HCM operational areas as business needs require

Nice to Have

Experience with Workday integrations, Prism, or Adaptive Planning
Experience in regional or global support environments
Experience in Workday production support and governance processes
Experience supporting full lifecycle Workday Financials implementations
Workday Pro certifications in Financials or Reporting
