Real Estate Acquisitions Associate - Singapore

We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.  

Responsible for preparing research reports, building underwriting models, and supporting the acquisition process. Coordinates due diligence, financial evaluations, and third-party vendor activities while assisting with construction administration and general real estate team operations.

• →Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Economics or Engineering
• →Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• →Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• →Familiarity with real estate market research tools, zoning regulations, and property data sources.
• →Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals including leasing, sales comparables, and investment metrics
• →Experience in real estate research, acquisitions, investment analysis, or related internship/entry-level exposure preferred.

This role is based in our Singapore office.
