Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team
→Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, or other BI solutions.
→Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities.
→Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
→Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization
→Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed with some oversight.

Great communication skills.
Advanced English.
Communication abilities in Portuguese (Bonus)
Data Analytics.
Project management experience preferred.
SQL & Python are a must.
Salesforce Knowledge (Bonus).
