We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Lloydminster branch.

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the branch. This position provides direction to all branch employees, ensures operational excellence, maintains a strong safety culture, and delivers an outstanding customer experience.

As a member of our EOS Leadership Team, the Branch Manager is expected to actively participate in weekly Level 10 Meetings, Quarterly Planning Sessions, Annual Planning meetings, as well as regular multi-branch management meetings. The successful candidate will lead the branch using EOS principles by driving accountability, solving issues, achieving Rocks, and meeting branch performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and hold branch employees accountable to company expectations and Core Values.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, customer-focused, and safety-first culture.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including warehouse, plant, service, delivery, andretail functions.
  • Ensure branch financial performance by managing budgets, expenses, productivity, and profitability.
  • Monitor branch inventory levels and coordinate purchasing.
  • Maintain Canadian Bottled Water Association (CBWA) compliance and operational standards.
  • Oversee employee scheduling, vacation requests, time-off approvals, and staffing requirements.
  • Complete employee coaching, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline when required.
  • Help to recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new employees.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed.
  • Maintain accurate branch reporting, including Watertight reporting and operational metrics.
  • Support company growth initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Serve as the primary emergency contact for branch security and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Inventory Control, HR, Safety, Finance, and other branch managers to achieve overall company objectives.

  • Graduated high school.
  • Clean RCMP Criminal Record Check.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate professionally, and complete administrative responsibilities.
