The Transformation Management Office is DPHI's enterprise transformation and change function. We help leaders deliver the right change, at the right time, in the right way by providing transformation expertise, governance, assurance and delivery support across the department

As the Assistant Project Officer, Transformation & Change, you'll play an important role in supporting DPHI's newly established Transformation Management Office (TMO). Working with experienced transformation, project and change professionals, you'll support the delivery of enterprise initiatives that improve how the department works, delivers services and supports its people.

 

You'll contribute to project and change coordination, governance support, stakeholder engagement, reporting, continuous improvement and the development of tools and resources that support transformation across DPHI. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience supporting the successful delivery of projects, programs or change initiatives, including the application of project management disciplines such as planning, governance, reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes to agreed timeframes
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations and project artefacts, with the ability to analyse information and support informed decision-making. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in transformation, organisational change and continuous improvement
