We have two exciting opportunities for Governance Officers to join the NSW EPA. In this role, you will support the implementation and application of the agency’s enterprise risk management framework and reporting; establish and maintain corporate policies and governance strategies, and processes across the organisation, and help promote a strong culture of good governance, accountability, and transparency across the EPA. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:  

  • Experience in enterprise risk management, governance and ethical behaviour practices  
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across an organisation in promoting a culture of ethical behaviour, accountability and good governance.  


About the team
 

The Risk & Governance team is responsible for enterprise risk management. governance policies and procedures, governance reviews, information access, records management compliance, crisis management and business continuity. The team maintains subject matter expertise in the EPA’s statutory and policy obligations across a diverse range of subject matters, and drives change to improve risk and governance organisational frameworks and practices.
