You'll lead the team responsible for change management, service acceptance and configuration management across the Digital Information Office.

Working closely with business leaders, project teams and service providers, you'll:

• Lead and strengthen enterprise change and configuration management practices
• Ensure technology changes are planned, assessed and implemented effectively
• Drive service acceptance activities to support successful project outcomes
• Improve the maturity, consistency and adoption of change and configuration management processes
• Monitor risk, compliance and service quality outcomes
• Build strong partnerships across the organisation and with external vendors
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
• Coach, support and develop a high-performing team

We're looking for a collaborative leader who can bring people together, simplify complexity and drive meaningful outcomes.

You'll demonstrate:

• Proven experience leading change, service acceptance and configuration management functions in large, complex organisations
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, SIAM and service management practices
• Experience managing risk and governance within technology environments
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• The ability to translate complex technical information into practical business outcomes
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for improving services and ways of working
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams through change

• IT degree and/or equivalent relevant experience
• ITIL and/or SIAM certification and/or equivalent relevant experience
