- Office location based in Parramatta and Centennial Parklands with flexible working supported
- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 + super
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Extensive experience managing major outdoor events in public or large‑scale venues, including festivals, concerts or large community events
- →Strong capability engaging with event organisers, promoters and partners, building trusted relationships and positioning venues to attract high‑profile events
- →Proven experience leading complex event operations, including crowd management, traffic and transport, security, overlays and emergency planning
- →Experience leading and overseeing strategic event-related projects.
- →The ability to think strategically and proactively, identifying risks, constraints and opportunities early and solving problems before they escalate
- →Experience managing people, including leading event teams, setting priorities, and supporting staff performance in high‑pressure environments
- →Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across internal teams, government partners, community groups and commercial clients
- →A results‑driven, adaptable approach, comfortable managing multiple events concurrently and working outside standard hours when required
