Responsibilities

  • Experience working in a government or public‑sector environment, with confidence supporting senior stakeholders and cross‑government engagement
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams, agencies and external partners
  • Experience interpreting and analysing data or information to support briefings, reports and decision‑making
  • Well‑developed written communication skills, including drafting briefs, reports, correspondence and project documentation
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage requests, maintain documentation and monitor progress across multiple priorities
  • An understanding of, or exposure to, policy environments, with the ability to quickly grasp new subject matter
  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related field is desirable, along with a proactive, flexible and solution‑focused approach
