As a Senior Grant Project Officer, you will oversee the administration and delivery of grant funding programs from inception through to evaluation, ensuring funded projects achieve their intended outcomes and align with organisational objectives. You will provide strategic advice on program performance, governance, risk and funding decisions, coordinate grant assessments, develop and maintain strong relationships with grantees and stakeholders, and support business improvement initiatives that enhance grant management practices. Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to mentor others, contribute to program design and drive best-practice approaches to grants and project delivery across a diverse portfolio.

You bring a well-developed understanding of grants governance, risk management, program administration and compliance requirements, together with the ability to analyse information, identify emerging issues and develop practical solutions that support effective decision-making. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, balancing strategic and operational demands, and delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.

You are a proactive and adaptable leader who enjoys guiding others, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement. With strong project management skills, sound judgement and a commitment to accountability and customer service, you thrive in environments where you can lead initiatives, improve processes and contribute to grant programs that deliver lasting benefits for the people and communities of NSW.
