About the Role
~1 min read- Extensive experience leading complex tenancy, fit-out, property or infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders and high-risk interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of leasing frameworks, fit-out governance, contractor coordination and regulatory compliance within large property or asset portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic, risk-based advice and make sound decisions in commercially sensitive and time-critical environments.
- Proven experience influencing and negotiating outcomes across government, tenants, contractors, consultants and service providers where responsibilities are shared.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex work programs, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex information, build consensus and drive outcomes across diverse groups.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify risks, resolve complex issues and continuously improve processes and governance frameworks.
- Resilience, sound judgement and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments with competing commercial, operational and regulatory priorities.
- Experience leading teams and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
Requirements
~3 min read- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, construction management, architecture or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
