In this unique and rewarding role as a Senior Partner Capability Development, you will partner with managers, executives and teams to deliver strategic eLearning and capability solutions that help our people grow, succeed and contribute to organisational priorities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping eLearning and learning experiences that build workforce capability, drive performance and support employees throughout their career journey. You will lead the design and development of eLearning solutions and provide expert advice on capability development initiatives.

Working collaboratively across the business, you will oversee key learning initiatives from scoping and design through to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.

Drawing on your expertise in adult learning, facilitation and instructional design, you will:

  • develop engaging eLearning materials,
  • design and deliver face to face and virtual facilitator led workshops
  • use learning management systems and digital learning tools to manage content, monitor participation, analyse outcomes and enhance the learner experience.

Your work will help foster a consistent, future-focused approach to learning and development across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Proven ability in the design and development of eLearning resources using Articulate 360 (Storyline).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams and learning management systems (LMS) to support learning administration, reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering engaging instructor-led, virtual and technology-enabled learning solutions using contemporary learning design methodologies.
  • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with business areas to identify strategically aligned learning needs and develop practical capability solutions.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing business priorities and emerging capability needs.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and measuring the impact of capability development initiatives to inform continuous improvement and business outcomes.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals
