The consulting engineer is responsible for contributing to the successful delivery, profitability and strategic growth of our technical services through alignment with the company’s values, technical excellence and supporting business development. 

The primary aspects of the role include:

  • Civil infrastructure and building condition assessments
  • Rope Access inspections
  • Site inspection, testing and analysis
  • Materials durability assessments and planning
  • Remediation specifications
  • Corrosion management 
  • Asset maintenance strategies
  • Supporting our remediation contracting division
  • Working with our Spatial division for digital delivery of condition assessments 
  • Report writing
  • Project Management
  • Proposal writing and business development
  • Client relationship management

There will be a requirement for typically short-term travel to sites to fulfill project requirements. 

You have relevant experience in a similar role with specific experience in the inspection and condition assessment of structures and remedial design. 

You can build positive relationships with clients and understand their needs and expectations, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.  

Naturally you are proactive and can assesses situations to recognise missing information and identify potential problems and suggest solutions.  

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering is a must.
