- Mobilisation experience with Tier 1 & 2 Mining Companies preferred
You will be responsible for driving mobilisation requirements across a variety of projects to ensure the efficient allocation and coordination of skilled labour.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of site personnel across projects and shutdowns
- →Manage client-specific onboarding, compliance, and induction requirements
- →Coordinate and track medicals including D&A testing, silica, lead, and other site-specific requirements
- →Maintain and update training, tickets, and qualifications in line with project requirements
- →Build and maintain client-specific mobilisation matrices within internal systems
- →Arrange travel and logistics for workforce mobilisation where required
- →Liaise with project managers, clients, and labour hire partners to ensure timely mobilisation of personnel
- →Monitor compliance status and proactively resolve gaps prior to site deployment
- →Provide support to workers to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed in a timely manner
This role would suit someone who has experience with talent pooling and future forecasting with a mobilisation background.
- 2–3+ years’ experience in mobilisation, recruitment, or workforce coordination
- Strong understanding of construction, mining, or shutdown environments
- High attention to detail with strong compliance mindset
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with mobilisation or workforce systems (OPMS, Avetta/Pegasus, ERMS, My Pass) highly regarded
