Hi there! We’re CyberCare - part of Tesonet Accelerator -  a customer care company for global tech brands. We combine AI-powered automation with a human touch to create smooth, stress-free experiences for millions of technology users worldwide. With 450+ professionals on board, we make the tech-world easy - one customer at a time.

We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, ambitious, and ready to lead, coach, train, and motivate the team. It goes without saying – that they must be capable of overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring team objectives are successfully achieved.

  • Experience in leading a team.

  • Expertise in supporting customers and building a flawless customer experience.

  • Leading by example.

  • Great communication, leadership & change management capabilities.

  • Proactivity & doer's mindset.

  • Flexibility to work from 5:00 in the morning till 14:00 in the evening.

  • Fluency in English.

  • To be located in Vilnius.

    Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, training, and motivating your team.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations.

  • Ensure team objectives are successfully achieved.

  • Review, monitor progress, and provide feedback regarding employee performance.

  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.

  • Gross salary - 2000 - 2500 EUR/month and additional bonuses up to 500 EUR/month (gross) after 1 month (depending on team results).
