- →Contribute to readiness activities and deployment planning.
- Assist in identifying and mapping stakeholders across DVA, service providers, and the veteran community.
- Support delivery of stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, forums, and consultations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and support relationship management.
- Ensure stakeholder information is accurately captured and reflected in planning.

✓Support collection and tracking of benefit data and performance measures.
✓Help prepare reports on benefits progress and risks to achievement.
✓Work with business areas to gather evidence of benefits realisation.
- Draft and coordinate communication materials for internal and external audiences, including:
- Staff updates, newsletters, and intranet content
- Stakeholder communications and fact sheets
- Veteran-facing materials explaining changes to services
- Ensure communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with DVA messaging.
- Support communication scheduling and distribution across channels.
- Monitor feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Assist in training needs analysis and coordination of training activities.
- Support development of training materials such as guides, presentations, and eLearning content.
- Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- Collect and analyse training feedback to inform improvements.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and updates for the Change Manager and program leadership.
- Maintain documentation and records in line with DVA governance requirements.
- Support program reporting cycles, including status update coordination, and secretariat services for Working Group and Delivery Committee fora.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
