Starting salary for lateral applicants and experienced attorneys is primarily based on experience level and work assignment. Thereafter, salary adjustments will be awarded based upon merit and longevity.  As a Suffolk County employee, you will receive a comprehensive benefits plan and be eligible for a pension.
