About the Role

Help shape something new: You’ll play a key role in building our FQHC approach: defining how we sell, influencing the product, and setting the foundation for future growth.
Make a real difference: Your work will help expand access to high-quality dental care in underserved communities.
Do a bit of everything: From fast-moving clinic deals to more complex, multi-site organizations, you’ll get a wide range of sales experience while working with industry partners.
Work as one team: Collaborate closely with Legal, Marketing, and RevOps to navigate the unique needs of public health and set deals up for long-term success.
Qualify and close client leads through discovery calls
Identify and call dentists' offices to drive new client acquisition.
Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team.
Track your sales activity using Salesforce and strive to exceed sales goals
Become a student of the dental industry and an expert on the Dandy value proposition
Work seamlessly with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets
Expected travel: 25%
3+ years of sales experience with 1+ years in a full sales cycle closing role, high-growth startup environment a plus
Founding Account Executive experience
Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous
Overall track record of professional and academic success trainings
Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
Highly skilled in Salesforce or related CRM
Outstanding professional references to share
Experience with marketplace models
Love of blitz growth environments
Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work
