Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) | Compensation: $130,000 – $190,000 + equity | H-1B/OPT supported

Strala is an AI company transforming the $280B insurance claims industry. We reached multi-7-figure ARR in under a year with approximately 50% month-over-month growth.

This is a founding growth role. You'll define the company narrative, build a content engine, and run growth experiments that drive pipeline — working directly with the founders from day one.
