About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for LPC-credentialed clinical supervisors to oversee associate-level clinicians providing teletherapy services to students across Georgia. As a Remote Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective care while mentoring associate clinicians and collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct regular individual and/or group supervision sessions with LAPC associate clinicians, per Georgia Board requirements.
- →Review and sign off on associate clinicians' clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments.
- →Guide case conceptualization and support sound clinical decision-making on complex or high-risk cases.
- →Track and document supervision hours in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements.
- →Provide real-time consultation and support for crisis or risk situations as they arise.
- →Collaborate with school counselors and district partners to ensure continuity of care for students.
- →Lead case consultations and training sessions to strengthen supervisees' clinical skills.
- →Give ongoing feedback on associates' performance, including input toward licensure readiness.
- →Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health's clinical supervision practices and training curriculum.
