The MCR Team is a specialised, in-house engineering organisation designed to provide rapid response, advanced troubleshooting, and self-perform maintenance for mission-critical systems across the data centre portfolio.

The Campus MCR Manager is accountable for leading day-to-day MCR operations at a specific data centre country/campus. This role oversees maintenance scheduling, on-site troubleshooting, team performance, EOP execution, and coordination with the site DCO team. They ensure the MCR team delivers safe, reliable, and timely recovery during faults.

• →Lead on-site MCR engineers and technicians, providing guidance on repair work and maintenance execution.
• →Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, PM activities, and urgent corrective tasks.
• →Act as the primary technical escalation point for site-level electrical and mechanical issues.
• →Ensure all MCR tasks follow approved MOPs/SOPs/EOPs and safety practices (LOTO, PTW,RA etc.).
• →Track all breakdowns, corrective actions, and site asset performance trends.
• →Liaise with site DCO operations team to support operational readiness and infrastructure reliability.
• →Conduct on-site training, toolbox sessions, and competency checks for technicians.
• →Support spare parts checks, inventory consumption reporting, and warehouse coordination.
• →Provide incident reports, RCA inputs, and operational improvement recommendations.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in mission-critical facilities; 2+ years in supervisory capacity.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across UPS, chillers, Generators/ FWU/CRAC, switchgear, CDU etc.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Understanding of data centre infrastructure and operational workflows.
• Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
• Willing to be on call 24 X 7
