We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, manage financial reporting, and drive strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, a keen analytical mind, and excellent leadership skills.

• →Review monthly and quarterly management reports and prepare presentations for senior management, including variance analyses and financial insights.
• →Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support business decision-making.
• →Monitor financial performance against targets and prepare variance reports.
• →Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• →Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• →Draft and review technical accounting papers, memos, and policy updates to ensure compliance and address emerging accounting issues.
• →Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate financial controls.
• →Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience, with initial experience acquired in Big 4 is preferred.
• Familiar with group accounting policies, tax requirement and internal control procedures. Experience in US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated and high degree of initiative, high level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
