Electromechanical Assembler

• →Assemble and solder small electrical components according to work instructions and technical drawings
• →Mix, apply, and cure epoxies and adhesives using taping, fixturing, and oven processes
• →Perform basic electrical splicing tasks (or be willing to learn if no prior experience)
• →Inspect and clean components before and after assembly to ensure quality standards
• →Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and basic measuring/testing equipment
• →Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• →Comply with all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience with small, detailed components
• Experience working with and mixing chemicals such as epoxies and resins
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and work instructions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with electrical splicing techniques

• Background in aerospace or electronic component manufacturing

• Familiarity with voltmeters or basic electrical testing equipment
