Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform soldering, wire stripping, bonding, and other electro-mechanical assembly functions related to sub-assembly and final assembly processes.
- →Prepare and assemble parts according to written procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions.
- →Conduct metal finishing tasks such as plating with a focus on quality and precision.
- →Cross-train and collaborate in other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- →Maintain a “clean as you go” attitude, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- →Perform additional tasks assigned by management
- →Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
Requirements
~1 min read- A minimum of 1 year of soldering experience in an electronic assembly manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in the use of soldering equipment and small hand tools, including pliers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, scales, and calipers.
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing work orders, processes, and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills are required to ensure accurate job tracking and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
